Camping at Jordan River

Unread post by kootenaymike »

How hard is it to get a spot for a small RV at the Jordan River regional park? I was thinking of camping out there when the wind is blowing sometime in May/June. Probably mid-week. It is first come first serve, and I want to avoid arriving with an RV when the sites are full.

First come first serve. If the weather is great you'll see a bunch of locals come out on Thursday to leave their RV's for the weekend which is a bummer. Some try to do it longer it seems. Enforcement on that or fees is lax. Lot's of nearby locations, some with a view, where you can squat camp, including the new cell tower locations where a trailer would fit fine.
Don't forget to bring a towel!
