Predicted Top Island Spots

- The wind predictions are from the Environment Canada HRDPS mondel (Model #2). The winds and currents are used as inputs into the WaveWatch III model to predict the wind waves.
- Current predictions used for wind wave forecast are from the UBC-EOS Salish Sea Cast model.
- The 3D ocean model updates once per day at ~545 AM and covers today and tomorrow
- The "top spots" are not likely to be that accurate and should be used as a general guide only. The wave predictions are only as good as the Model-2 EC wind predictions.
