Mckenzie and battleship lakes at paradise meadows seem to be obvious spots to go, you use the car to gain your elevation vs hiking for hours.

I concur, snow shoe hiking into the meadows would take minutes, not sure if Parks would be too pleased tho

I have tried Mackenzie lake on two days. Wind was crap, 0-25km/h, shifting directions. I think it is too much in a bowl to have decent wind. It was a 1h hike from Raven lodge.
