Looking for 2 M8 x 23mm bolts

I'm trying to find 2 bolts for a Slingshot Hoverglide foil system. They are the ones that go through the front wing and fuse, and hold on the mast cap, when the foil is set up in the B position.

They are M8 x 23 mm.

I've found them at a store in Toronto but I'm trying to avoid paying $20 for shipping for 2 bolts! I'd prefer stainless but I'm fine with Ti as well.

Please let me know if you have any ideas.
