winter in Vietnam Jan -Feb 2017

Vietnam was good Jan feb 2017. bring your 7 and 9.5 prodigy, (I Kited 35 days on 7 and 9.5 and 2day on 12m) and it is HOT 30 +air and Water, we stayed Sealinks, ocean vista beach apartment for 2 month, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 balcony, full living and kitchen laundry security, beach view across from private ocean vista kite beach at little Buddha surf point (Next beach South of Mui Ne main Kite Beach) . real real nice. $1500 per month for all 4 of us. that is $12.50 each per night. You can also stay Mui ne for $7 per night ! The mui ne kite condition are busy, mess up chop and poor for learning, little budda nice small surf break on private beach with only 2 to 6 of us kiteing each day.. 200 kites at Mui ne. Air fare was $675, with $80 taxi ride from Saigon. Food is excellent and CHEAP, dinner for 4 with drinks was $20 -- yes $5 each, beer is 30 cent each! Best beginner kite spot is up at Phan Rang.. shallow smooth water.. Phi tours and kite school is the call. A great place to Winter, My wife and I together spent $5000 cdn total for 2 months including air, accom, food and everything.. most others wintering there spent LESS.....the one bad thing that sucks is the darn fishing nets you have to dodge! !&%#$**&*&.. and it can be scorching hot under the sun at noon!
