There are several spots - Singing Sands (near Little River ferry terminal), Air Force Beach (good sand), Point Holmes (good waves) and Kye Bay. There are rocks at some of the areas (such as to the left of the boat ramp at Point Holmes), so its best to go a low tide to visually mark their locations ...
