    Plan was to sail to Dundarave for the 10Am Southern Straights Start around 10am. East wind was ok but gear was not. Repaired the Retro which now looks like it has Tuck chicken pocks and nasty slash wounds. Put in at 3pm & putted west alongside the tug Seaspan Racer with tow. (nice to have company). Turned back 1km East of QC? Bouy for a calm pleasant upwind back. There are now 8 X Class Foilers , (mostly WAZPs) registered for Jericho's Flights of Spring Regatta APR 10 & 11. I'm prepping to Windsurf in the Xmono class . First two day regatta for me in 20 years.
