    I found Willows to be too much for me and my 4m so I headed to Cad Bay and put in at Loon Bay Park and avoided the crazy shorebreak. Getting out (and in) was tedious due to swirling winds at mouth of Loon Bay. But it was immediately big wind and swell once in Cad. It always felt like a DH going into the bay with the big SE wind compounding the incoming swell. A bit big and gnarly for this sedentary senior. I ended it once it started to rain and my anxiety exceeded fun.
