| Details | The chat was that CB had fun potential, so a bunch of us headed up. Parawinged 4.3 very powered up with some super fun DW runs with great turning options and long down hills. Wind ramped a little, so went back for the 3m. Learned a lesson that 2 PWs should be taken to hedge a bit. Had a few great runs on the 3 before wind backed off below threshold if I fell. Well, I fell, and I was a ways out. After much trying/flailing/tantrumming/surrendering, I dragged in from what felt like a long way and walked the biggest walk of shame I've done at CB. Somehow I left all the para-rage on the water and felt happy and at peace on land. Love CB! Great to catch up briefly with Udder. Sorry I missed saying hi to the rest of the crew; had to wrap and run. So rad windsurfing is alive and well at CB. [from Session Log on Friday April 03, 2026] |
